Ralph Horne - Chief Executive Officer

Ralph has over twelve years experience within both the IT and securities industries. Prior to the establishment of Capital Market Solutions, Ralph was a member of the Board of Misys Securities Trading Systems and was Director of Operations in Asia Pacific responsible for the companies operations in Australia, New Zealand, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan and Korea. Ralph joined Misys in the early 1990s. With responsibility for Finance, Administration, Legal and Commercial activities for the securities focused subsidiaries, he played a key role in the acquisition of both companies and products to assist Misys in its international securities business strategy, in particular the acquisition which resulted in the establishment of the company's Asia Pacific operations.

Ralph moved to Asia Pacific in 1997 and during his time in the region, Ralph invested in and built up the knowledge base, product range and experience of the company and drove the expansion of Misys Securities Trading Systems across the Asia Pacific region. Working closely with clients, industry associations and business partners, Ralph expanded the company's presence throughout the region to the position of being the premier supplier of solutions to the Stockbroking industry. Ralph's knowledge of the IT and securities industry has resulted in him being consulted on a number of industry initiatives and being invited to speak at several industry events across the region.

Joe Nash - Sales & Marketing Director

Prior to the establishment of Capital Market Solutions, Joe was Country Manager, Australia and New Zealand and a Director of Misys Securities Trading Systems Pty Ltd. Joe has over twenty years experience in Information Technology, the last seven specialising in the Securities Industry. Prior to working for Misys, Joe headed the Securities Business Unit of Fujitsu Australia Limited and managed the sale of this business to Misys in March 1999. Following the acquisition by Misys, Joe took on responsibility for ACT Financial Systems (Asia Pacific) Pty Ltd (a Misys wholly owned subsidiary).

Colin Camp - Business Development Director

Colin has over fouteen years experience within the financial software industry and thirteen years experience working in the Investment Banking and Stockbroking industries, gained in London, Frankfurt, New York, Chicago and Tokyo. Colin's experience within these markets includes Foreign Exchange, Futures & Options, Fixed Income and Equities across the front, middle and back office.

Colin moved into the software industry in the 1990's to further his interest in promoting the use of technology for STP processing. Undertaking a role of Business Consultancy Manager for a global software supplier, Colin was involved in the design, build and implementation of solutions in Europe, the US and Asia. Also during this time, he assisted in designing and implementing a methodology to improve business processes and enhance system quality. Colin joined Misys in 1996 to head up the Sales Consultancy team for the NOVA back office solution. This role took him to many markets in the region including Hong Kong, Australia, Japan, Malaysia, Korea, Taiwan and Singapore, in addition to markets in the US and Europe. During his time at Misys, he also served as Country Manager for Japan and Business Development Manager.

Gary Ansell - Operations Director

Having worked in London for both Buckmaster & Moore Stockbrokers and Hill Samuel Merchant Bank in the early eighties, Gary moved to Misys (formerly Quotient and ACT Financial Systems) in 1986. Gary worked in a number of roles within the organisation including Head of Product Centre for the Fiscal Stockbroking Package. He also project managed the development and delivery of Crest for all of their Stockbroking and Investment Management packages. He also successfully developed and delivered the Sequal Gateway project for the London Stock Exchange.

When Misys acquired Mocom in 1997, Gary managed the UK Product Centre before taking full responsibility for the Global Development and Implementation of NOVA. In 2001, Gary transferred to Melbourne where as Operations Director he has taken responsibility for the development and Delivery of Services for all of Capital Market Solutions' products.

Andy Slade - Professional Services Director

In 2006 Andy Slade joined Capital Market Solutions as Professional Services Director, and is responsible for all professional services activities and projects within CMS globally.

Andy has over twenty years of experience within the information technology and securities industries. Prior to working for Capital Market Solutions, Andy was Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer for Managed Information Group Limited (MIG). Prior to this, Andy was the Head of Managed services at Misys Securities Trading Systems and was based in London.

Andy brings to CMS the knowledge, experience and insights that he has gained in providing application software and outsourcing services to leading financial institutions located across Asia Pacific, United Kingdom and France

Keith Bold- Chief Financial Officer

Keith joins CMS with over 20 years experience in the financial and IT industries. Prior to joining CMS Keith was Director of finance and operations for Attachmate Australasia where he was responsible for Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore and India.

Keith is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the New Zealand Society of Accountants. With Keith's specialized expertise he is now responsible for leading all aspects of CMS finance and administrative functions globally.
